For this winter and fall I wanted to treat myself to a very nice liquid lipstick, so when I saw this colour on a display I was in love. I was looking for a more matt look, but this metal lipstick dries down, so it is not too sparkly. It is of course quite expensive, it was around 30 euros, so that’s the reason I want to share my experience with you. I hope this review will help you decide if this price point is worth it!
Of course, the packaging is really nice, it comes in this long dark blue box with silver writing.
When you open the box, you can see the lipstick itself. I think it is really nice that the tube has a little window so that you can see the colour. That is definitely handy if you have more than one colour in your collection.
When you open the lipstick itself, it has a very nice doe foot applicator, which makes it easy to apply the lipstick perfectly on your lips.
When swatching it on the back of my hand you can see the metallic look of this liquid lipstick, and the colour is this amazing deep purple. I think this colour is perfect for Christmas dinners and new years eve.
But of course, the ultimate test is actually seeing it on. I think this colour is really beautiful and dark. It is also a very comfortable lipstick to wear: it is not drying at all. It is not however, smudge or transfer proof. It is however possible to re-apply during the day, for example when you have had a messy lunch. Another thing to keep in mind is that metallic lipsticks can exaggerate dryness, so I advise to use a lip scrub and lip balm before applying this lipstick.

Oh my god that colour 😍x
